What do I want to be when I grow up? This is a fundamental question asked by just about every ambitious, visionary teenager and pre-teenager today. You dare not place an obstacle in front of them; they will find a way to remove it. I’ve watched unnoticed as each of my sons remove the side bar from their crib in order to escape those four barriers. In a nut shell, they visualized freedom and pursued it. With such a mindset their future always looked bright because they possessed that unstoppable philosophy. Their walls always seemed penetrable.

Like the caterpillar going through the cocoon to become a beautiful butterfly, equally, all truly successful people go through walls, which stood in their way towards their destiny.
