Anyone wants their books reviewed?

Can anyone let me know about publishers and authors who wish for their books to be reviewed and do not mind sending it outside of US? I live in Delhi, India!!

Yes, I contacted Penguin India and they response was not at all encouraging.

I connected with authors and publishers by contacted them personally.
I google the author's name and look for their personal website.
Most of the time the author does contact me and send me the book to review and post. Sometimes they don't. It does take time to do this. But it is worth it at the end because the books start piling up.
I check out the book store as well, to see what books interest me. I surf the web to see what new books are about to be published. The author's need the publicity especially new authors. They are glad for a review to be posted on their blog.

You could try getting individual authors to send you their books. I'll send you a message with details of mine and I'd be happy to post an announcement to my blog for you asking for books.
