Reviewing books

Does anyone have any information on reviewing books? Where to find out about it, how does it work, etc.?
I found a link to http://onlinepublicist.net on Dewey's blog. I also saw Rashmi made reference to Penguin India - does Penguin USA do the same thing?

I'm on Bostick's mailing list too and have only received one book from them. That's probably because I am either in Malaysia or China...which is probably too far for most US publishers?

I was contacted to review a book by a publisher almost a month ago now...I said yes enthusiastically (it was an Anne Boleyn book, so I was doubly excited), but to this date..no book. :(
