I can't wait for November! I look forward to participating in the National Novel Writing Month ( NaNoWri Mo or NaNo for short) 2010 for which I have thought of a plot and a few key characters. Boy! I am greatly excited about the whole thing.

This will be my second year at NaNo. I am delighted to say that "It Can't Be You" my soon to be published novel was a direct result of my successfully completing NaNo for the first time last year.

My effort in this year's NaNo is tentatively titled "Lucky For Some, Thirteen" and has all kinds of gangsters and good guys thrown in:)

Any plans NaNoWriMo 2010? I wish you great success.Cheers!

Oh and if ayone wants to find me my name is wrighton, on the site. I would love to see how you are all doing. Thanks,
Only a few more days and NaNoWritMo will be here!

Happy dance over here.
I have signed up. I'm not really inspired this year though and I'm in a writing group working on another project. Hopefully, I'll be able to get moving though. NO CLUE what I'm going to write about. My name on there is midnyte_13.
added you to my Nano list of buddies! Hope you add me back.

I've already decided what I'm working on, just don't laugh or be shocked when you see it. :D
I'm going to use NaNoWriMo as a booster for my usual writing! It helps, since I have a deadline looming. : )

Happy Halloween to all and good luck with Na No!--Suza
I'm so doing it! Oh, check out some of my tips on how to be successful, GET READY FOR NANO
I'll be there as drosdelnoch. For years I tried writing Adult fiction but more recent experiments have led me to believe that my writing style is perhaps better for Young Adult. So this year I may well be getting four or five YA projects done instead.

The best bit of advice that I can give is don't let the word count get you. It's a guideline. The most important thing is to turn off the inner editor and get the idea down, don't let anything else get to you. If you hit your WC then great if not, you've got a cracking idea started so that you can take things on from there.
I read about this one someone's blog last night, and though I have heard of it I had no clue what it was, so I went to check it out. OMG! I just signed up! Crazy and exciting. Not sure I am going to really have the time to do this and I am sure going to hear more about being attached to my laptop all day, but I am totally in. And I came here right away to see if there were any book bloggers going for it.

Starts in less than twelve hours and I am totally flying free, nothing thought out, planned, ready and I am hoping something comes into my head before then so that I am not left staring at my laptop screen.

The only thing I am worried about it motivation, I am totally a study buddy kind of girl and my local group is defunct-- No ONE! I need company!

I am going to keep updates on my blog, so I am hoping my regular readers push me some there.

The Opening Lines

Forgot, I am Chitownchica over there.
Hi Sophie,

Could we give each other support. I am starting a new novel too. I do have it planned. But I am ready to roll. Let's do it together and keep each other accountable. I will add a blog post tonight about that on my writing blog: www.irenesroth.wordpress.com. Why don't you visit me there and we'll keep in touch. Or you could also email me at isswitan@cyg.net.

Irene
I love watching NaNoWriMo but I've never participated fully. This year, I'll be holding my own, "get to 50,000 words" goal for my 2006 Nano that I love and that's my current WIP.
