Anyone in Amazon Associate Program!

I just wonder if anyone is in Amazon associate program. How is that working for you? What kind of products are selling the most and so on. Please share your experience. Thanks.

I am, but I only use it for purchase links for titles I review, and then I run a deals page for cheap ebooks on facebook. I have not made much with it at all. Not enough for a payout yet by any means

I would like to suggest an alternative, perhaps supplemantary, approach to the Amazon Associate program. There is a new platform (in full disclosure - I work for them) that allows you to earn rewards (a % of the sale price) for purchases that result from your recommendations on all your exsisting social networks or blogs. Find a book you like, share your recommendation from Monkeybars to your social networks or on your blog and earn anytime somebody buys based on your share. The really powerful thing, that Amazon does not offer, is that if your friend then shares their recommendation on their social networks and anyone buys, you get another reward. This continues on for five degrees of separation so if the book goes viral you get a commission on every sale and you can reach a huge extended audience that your could never attract to your own blog. The site is new so there is not yet a lot of content but it is growing rapidly and with some big announcements coming soon it is expected to attract a lot of attention. It is a membership based site so you should invite your friends once you have joined (which is free for regular members and authors). If you know any authors make sure you invite them as they may like the fact that they can sell their books without paying a distribution fee. Instead they allocate a % of the sale to the rewards program to incentivize their readers to promote on their behalf.

The platform is also a great place to promote your books etc

I would love to hear your feedback. Please note that we are working on a major upgrade to make the site more intuitive and look nicer so dont be too quick to judge based on the current beta platform. As it grows it will definitely give the Amazon Associate program a run for its money.

What it appear to be from the response: it's not worth the time unless you enjoying doing this. That time can be better spent promoting at social network. And now there is another one that I just joined. Here these are:
