ATTENTION: AMAZON KINDLE AUTHORS!!

I just checked my Kindle book listing on Amazon, and found that the price show was $3.79 and NOT the $7.99 it was supposed to be.  When I clicked on the "Buy" button, I was taken to another page where it said "No pricing information available."  Something is very wrong over at Amazon/Kindle.  When I went to the forum, I saw several entries by other authors indicating the same type of problem.  Does anyone know what the heck is going on over there?  I would love to hear some reassuring words.
