I'm in need of someone talented who would be able to make a button and banner/header for a YA competition that is currently being held. I know of someone who does these stuff. I'm not sure if he charges to get them done or not. So, if you like, I can ask him. Just a question before I do though, would you mind paying if he charges?

Probably not, as I'm not in a position at the moment - it would literally just be out of the kindness of someone's heart! :)
