I think it is important to also mention sites that offer authors features in addition to book reviews. Many litblogs feature interviews, guest posts, and other ways for authors to interact directly with the blog's audience.

My own site, Largehearted Boy, has a feature (Book Notes) where authors create a music olaylist for their book, as well as an interview series where authors and writers interview each other.
