Echo of Silence is about Special Agent Rob Karlton, a stubborn, determined, and intelligent man who is good at his job but has lost the respect of his peers since he made a bad choice that got one of their co-workers, who was his best friend, killed. Rob's had a tough life and it has left him bitter and with the kind of attitude that makes most people dislike him. He has a particularly bad attitude toward women due to his tragic past and he's in for a surprise when he meets his new boss -- Lilah Matthews. To say these two don't get along would be an understatement. Rob doesn't like being told what to do and he likes being told what to do even less by a woman.
When 13-year-old Cassie Phelps is grabbed by masked men on her way to the bus stop, Rob is on the task force to find her. He is expecting a typical kidnapping investigation until he runs a search and discovers Cassie and her parents didn't exist before 2004. Rob is determined to get to the bottom of it. What he discovers runs deeper than anything he could have imagined.

Periphery is as much about the female perspective of the future as it is an exploration of individual identity in a world increasingly dominated by technology.
How do we define our humanity, if not by the way we connect to others? Yet, even in the realm of the physical and the sensual, technology continues to change perspectives on what it means to be human.
Through the stories collected in Periphery, we experience the intersection between a number of possible futures, and how we will continue to discover through our fallible emotions what it means to be human.

Spencer doesn't have a choice. He can't choose to be different than what he is-the son of the town's worst enemy, the weakling who can't stand up for himself, the loser without friends. He can't change the way things are. Or maybe he can. Immediate confidence. Rapid change. Instant hope. These are the things Spencer believes he needs to fix his life, and that is what the steroids promise-a quick fix. But promises can be broken and shortcuts are often treacherous, and Spencer must decide if those risks are worth the perceived rewards-if "artificial" hope is strong enough for him to be fixed, by force.

I would really appreciate someone reviewing my Fantasy novel aimed at teenagers, but suitable for adults too - Trevor the Burping, Farting Goblin by me, Jonathan Evans
Trevor is free this Sunday (but the free period can be extended by request) and is the story of the mayhem a teenage girl experiences when she discovers a goblin lying in the bottom of her school bag during her history class.
It is a humorous tale that introduces a number of new characters, including: Doris the troll; Ephemera the witch; Charlie the dragon; and the evil Queen of Mirrors.
The story tells how a series of adventures - flying into battle on a dragon to defeat an army of mythical creatures; rescuing her younger sister from an ogre; escaping from kidnapping orcs; and protecting Trevor from the queen - lead a surly teenage girl to become a better person by facing up to her responsibilities.
Trevor the Burping, Farting Goblin is only available in Kindle format and a link is attached.

Synopsis:
The 5 Moons of Tiiana is a science fiction novel about a soldier caught up in the middle of an interstellar war, faced with rescuing the princess he loves, and solving a 2000 year-old mystery that just might yield the secret to bringing peace to both sides of the galaxy.
Captain Rez Cantor is a commander in the Imperial Army’s Shadow Guard, and the personal attaché to Princess Leanna, the sixteen-year-old daughter of the Emperor, and the sole heir to the Melelan throne.
On the eve of a treaty signing ending the twelve-year-war between the alien-hybrid Relcor and the Empire, Rez learns that the Imperial family has been slated for death. Under orders from his Queen, Rez is given his final command–save the Princess at all costs.
Overcoming incredible odds, Rez abducts Leanna from the Imperial palace, and the two flee Melela along with others of the Imperial guard. Unfortunately, their ship is nuked as it enters warp, creating an event horizon that sends the ship 128,000 light years across the galaxy to the Moons of Tiiana. It is on one of these moons that Rez awakens upon a beach–injured and alone–without the Princess.
So begins the sojourn of Rez Cantor upon the Moons of Tiiana: Five moons stagnating from a 2000 year-old war that has left its alien races in limbo and decay. Five moons that crave a hero bold enough to lead its people out of the darkness. Five moons that hold the future of the Melelan Empire deep within the ashes of war.
Sincerely,
Paul Harry

My name is Christine Anderson, author of the mature-themed YA novel Life of the Party. Published by iUniverse in 2010, I recently re-released in ebook form via Smashwords, and would love to have reveiws posted on Amazon, Smashwords, Goodreads...etc. Here's the synopsis:
Seventeen-year-old Mackenzie Taylor can't wait to be free; free from high school, the shadow of her perfect older sister, and her disapproving parents. The rebellious party girl has a perfect accomplice in best friend Riley, a boy from the wrong side of the tracks who scores them drugs, booze and under-age entry into the only club in town. But then everything changes. A traumatized Riley suddenly decides to give up the party life, and a wide-eyed Mackenzie meets Grey Lewis, a broodingly talented, gorgeous older man she falls instantly in love with. Though Riley warns her to stay away, the aspiring rock star's body and ample drug supply are too tempting for her to resist. Previously inseparable, Riley and Mackenzie go their separate ways.
When summer hits, Mackenzie has new friends, a new apartment and new drugs to mask the pain of Riley's absence. And of course, she has Grey. But despite the fierce, consuming passion they share, the mysterious bad-boy always leaves her guessing. Is Grey really a good guy? Or was Riley right about him all along? Mackenzie's in too deep to care. Unable to curb her mounting addictions, before long the lust-for-life teen totally loses control. She forgets Riley, forgets life, forgets everything but Grey and their next hit.
But luckily for Mackenzie, Riley has never forgotten about her...

Hello
Would anyone be interested in reviewing my women's fiction novel Girl In The Glass?
“I will have to say it: 'I am Anya and I am nothing'. I will look down at the floor as I say it, so that I don't see the smile on my aunt's face, so she won't see the defiance in my eyes. She will get her victory. She always wins these battles. I know it, she knows it. But one day, one day she will not.”
In this Cinderella story for adults there is no fairy godmother and no handsome prince, just a girl of spirit and her strange companion.
Orphaned at the age of 10 in circumstances that she refuses to explain, Anya grows up trapped in the house of her abusive aunt where she and Eva, her Shadow, are treated as slaves. As her aunt tries to break her and the punishments become increasingly life-threatening, Anya struggles to find affection and self-esteem. When the inevitable showdown arrives, where will Anya find the strength to survive and escape?
It's an ebook. I can send you it as a pdf, epub or mobi file or alternatively give you a Smashwords coupon.

"Sex, drugs, and murder--thank heavens we don't have to worry about that in Riverport." But Aunt Henrietta's claims prove to be premature.
Jessie Schroeder, fleeing from St. Louis after a devastating divorce, has returned to live in her hometown of Riverport, a small community on the bluffs of the Mississippi River. Her struggles to adjust to small town life and re-ignite her career as a successful author of children's books become secondary as she is thrust into the middle of a gruesome murder case.
Her involvement intensifies when her gardener and handyman, Willy Bachmann, is accused to the crime, and Jessie finds herself alone in defending him. Even Sheriff Gil Keller is convinced Willy is guilty. This is particularly galling to Jessie, because she and Gil are two-stepping their way around a fledging relationship.
When Willy is found dead, presumably the victim of a flash flood, the Sheriff announces "case closed." Jessie still refuses to believe Willy is a murderer and begins her own investigation. She soon irritates many townspeople, especially the Mayor and members of the powerful Industrial Development Authority (IDA), with her efforts to uncover evidence about the real killer. Starting with a single critical piece of evidence, Jessie uncovers a maze of political malfeasance, including a major scam involving the construction of a highway, which places her life in jeopardy. In her quest for truth, Jessie rediscovers her capacity to live and love again.

The Great Promise
By Frederick Coxen

5 - signed pre-sale books
Historical fiction
A fascinating, visceral journey into the hell of war, the hearts of the men engaging in battle, and the search for closure for those left in its wake. Nearly one hundred years after the BEF’s initial engagement in World War I, Captain Coxen’s grandson and namesake discovered his grandfather’s journal—and a letter sent in 1945 that referenced the promise the senior Coxen made. The junior Coxen took the discovery as an opportunity to begin a quest: to find the families of the three other men and make good on the promise left so long unfinished. Interspersing sections of his grandfather’s journal with key historical background to put the information in context, Coxen then describes his own journey as he attempts to track down the families of the deceased. With minimal information at his disposal and across the Atlantic from his grandfather’s home in England, his tireless efforts to close the circle so long left open delivers a surprise conclusion fitting for such a remarkable journey.
Historically fascinating and emotionally affecting, Coxen’s augmentations of his grandfather’s journal entries give depth and resonance to two separate paths connected by one hundred years of silence. Intimately descriptive and bracingly honest, The Great Promise: A Compelling War Journal Fuels a Grandson’s Mission to Finish an Unfulfilled Promise should be on all World War I buff’s must-read list.
