Book Trailer~ How many would consider making them for your own Book?

Movie trailer...we watch them we to  decide if we want to go see the movie or not. But there is something that's not new, but I have seen a lot of authors doing it...and that would be a book trailer. Since I learned how to make my own, it's kinda been fun. So, how many of you authors would consider to do a book trailer? and readers, do a book trailer help you decide if you want to read the book?
