[Book Calendar]

This afternoon, I was at Roger's Time Machine in Manhattan. I bought a couple of comic books based on books, Keith Laumer's Retief and The Escapist which is based on a character in Michael Chabon's book the Adventures of Kavalier and Clay.

I also have read a number of comics based on books, Peter Kuper's The Jungle, The Remembrance of Things Past Combray, The Jungle Book drawn by P. Craig Russell and many others.

What are your favorite comics based on books?

i read one based on Rich dad and poor dad, but they tend to be too heavy.
