A number of you are asking about where to promote  your books. Here are a couple of sites you might want to check.

This site offers cover shots with the any link you want for $3.00 a cover.

If you are writing romance, shape shifters, paranormal, erotica, m/m, etc. you might want to check out 

The Romance Studio which has a lot promotion ad sales going on right now.

Also, if you have a book selling on Amazon you might consider signing up on Amazon's Author Central where you can post your bio, book notes, and reviews. 

Authors can also have a page on GoodReads. Most of you probably know that already, but I just thought I'd mention it.
