I'm looking for a couple of people who are willing to become a part of a critique group.  I would like to keep it small and form a lasting camaraderie with a few authors interested in YA fiction.

I don't know what you mean by "critique group". I do host guest reviews on my blog, some of them even became regular features.

Try www.critiquecircle.com  It's free and you can post small portions of your MS at a time for review by many other authors.  (I think you can pay to post more often, but I never did).  As you start getting feedback, you can contact those who have helped you to see if they are interested in whole manuscript swapping.  

I did this with my first novel and was happy with the results.  I did about 5 chapters that we reviewed by the general forum and found 2-3 people to trade manuscripts with.
