Since this is a community on blogging about books I was wondering what everyone is currently reading and blogging about. I love to find new authors and books that others are reading and loving, so I'll start with what I'm currently reading.

I'm currently reading Promise of the Rose by Brenda Joyce.

I am reading Mona Lisa in Camelot: How Jacqueline Kennedy and Da Vinci’s Masterpiece Charmed and Captivated a Nation (ARC) by Margaret Leslie.

I just finished New Moon in the Twilight series and am really positive I won't read anymore of the series (if you want to know why I posted about it here: http://storytimewithtonya.blogspot.com/2008/11/new-moon.html. So now I've decided to go back to an old favorite. I'll either read Speaker for the Dead again or one of Ayn Rand's book I've never read. I just picked up Anthem today.

I am currently reading The Given Day by Dennis Lehane. Interesting to say the least so far!

I am starting The Christmas Sweater by Glenn Beck. Hopefully, it will get me into the Christmas spirit!

I've finished A Wrinkle in Time. Now I'm reading A Homespun Regency Christmas. It is a Signet four story anthology. I need something to get me in the holiday mood and this book jumped out at me while we were at Target last night. =)

I am reading three books, Outlander by Diana Gabaldon (at bedtime) and Dead until Dark by Charlaine Harris (during the day) and Mary Queen of Scots by Margaret George (at my computer desk).

I've just begun to read Waiting for Daybreak by Kathryn Cushman (which is going quickly -- her writing has a wonderful flow) and also have Hurricane of Independence by Tony Williams and The Pages in Between by Erin Einhorn in progress. All are good. I'm actually quite anxious for a "sweetness and light" break, so I've been digging around with that in mind.

I just started, and am about to finish Wide Awake by David Levithan. He is a wonderful YA author, and every book of his that I read gets better and better.
