Since this is a community on blogging about books I was wondering what everyone is currently reading and blogging about. I love to find new authors and books that others are reading and loving, so I'll start with what I'm currently reading.

I'm currently reading Promise of the Rose by Brenda Joyce.

I'm currently reading The Tin Flute by Gabrielle Roy. It's a classic Canadian novel and is very good. I just finished reading The Gargolye by Andrew Davidson which was really good.

Just finished I, Lucifer by Glen Duncan (soon to be a movie starring Daniel Craig) and now on to Gregory Maguire's Mirror, Mirror.

I'm currently reading 4 books. A Different Kind of Christmas by Alex Haley - Little Stories by Jeff Roberts - The Family Bones by Kimberly Raiser (too creepy to read at night) - The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L Frank Baum (reading this with my 2 year old)

I am reading All Together Dead by Charlaine Harris. It is the 7th book in the series.

I'm just finishing up The Uncommon Reader. It's a short little book but it got me thinking a lot about reading and how it can be perceived. It's fun but interesting.
