Since this is a community on blogging about books I was wondering what everyone is currently reading and blogging about. I love to find new authors and books that others are reading and loving, so I'll start with what I'm currently reading.

I'm currently reading Promise of the Rose by Brenda Joyce.

I just joined the Sookie Stackhouse Challenge. I've never read any of Charlaine Harris but my daughter just finished the series in a little under a week. You can locate the challenge on my blog.

I'm interested in hearing how you liked 19th wife. I read it a couple months ago.

Wow...I'm impressed by how some of you can read multiple books at one time. Well, not if you're reading one of the books to your kids. When I read a book I tend to be so engaged in it I couldn't imagine doing more than one. I always tell my husband it's like watching a REALLY LONG movie for me. Which accounts for why, once I get into it, I have a hard time putting books down.

I'm in complete agreement with you! I only read one book at a time as well. I never seem to be able to lose myself in the story when I try for more than one...

me too! But sometimes it does happen that, in the midst of reading one book, you find another which you just cannot wait till later to start. My mom read the foutainhead combined with fiction at one time.. she'd read a chapter or 2 of fountainhead and then go back to the fiction book.. I would wonder how she did that Until I was juggling 2 books few months later!
