I just saw this site where people choose five brands that define who they are. I thought it would be fun to play the game in terms of books that define who we are. I'm going to blog about this too as soon as I settle on my five.
What five books define you?
Here are mine:
1. ALL I REALLY NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED IN KINDERGARTEN by Robert Fulghum.
2. The Alchemist: A Fable About Following Your Dream by Paulo Coelho
3. Down These Mean Streets by Piri Thomas
4. The Color Purple (Mass Market Paperback by Alice Walker
5. Something Wicked This Way Comes by Ray Bradbury
Sounds like this will take me some time to figure out, but it is really intriguing!
Hmmm...it’s going to be interesting, trying to figure out my 5.
Thanks Valerie for starting this discussion. :-)
1. Memnoch the Devil by Anne Rice
2. The Successful Single Mom by Honoree Corpron
3. Homeschool Your Child for Free by LauraMaery Gold and Joan M. Zielinsk
4. Storm Queen by Marion Zimmer Bradley
5. Crystal Singer by Ann McCaffrey
hmmm... I could add a few more to that, but I think this sums me up pretty nicely. LOL!
1. Atlas Shrugged (or any thing Ayn Rand)
2. Harry Potter series (My love for all things magical and imaginative)
3. The Great Gatsby - Fitzgerald
4. Winesburg, Ohio - Anderson (with all of the interconnections)
5. Jonathan Livingston Seagull - Bach
