What's a 24-Hour Readathon, I hear you ask? Well...
For 24 hours, we read books, post to our blogs about our reading, and visit other readers’ blogs and generally talk about and celebrate books! We also participate in mini-challenges throughout the day. It happens twice a year, in April and in October.
It was created by the beloved Dewey (The Hidden Side of a Leaf). The first one was held in October 2007. Dewey died in late 2008. We’re still saddened by her absence, but the show must go on. The read-a-thon was renamed to honour its founder in 2009.
Our next event is Saturday 24th October and we'd love to have you come and join us.

Participated! Unfortunately I could only participate for about 6+ hours, but it was enjoyable all the same. Congrats to everyone else, and good luck to those who are still reading! :)
