Do you give away previously read books?
When hosting your giveaways do you always give away brand new unread books or do you also give away the read copy of a book that you reviewed on your blog? If you do give away books that have been read, do you specify that in the giveaway post? Thanks!

When I hosted giveaways I gave away the copy I had read for the review.

I give away new copies, but I don't see anything wrong with offering gently used books, too. (The only reason I don't do that myself is that I like keeping my own copies forever!) But I agree that if the books aren't going to be new, it's probably best to say so in the giveaway post.

When I do a giveaway I always give new books. I don't like to giveaway my books that I have read. I really enjoy rereading my books and having them on my bookshielf. This is me: http://thethoughtsofabookjunky.blogspot.com/
