Facebook link on blog page

Okay, I have figured out how to put up links for people to follow my blog via twitter, GFC, e-mail, etc. I cannot, however, figure out how to get a link people can click to like my Facebook page. Can anyone help explain to me how to do this? I want some kind of Facebook link on my blog to make it easy for people to like my page. Thanks!
