Hello Everyone,

I would like your help.

 

One of my New Year's Resoultion was to read a book from an author I never heard of or read from before. So what better way to start then here!

 

Im asking everyone who is anyone to give me a favorite author and book. It gives me reason to book shop.

Like Emily said it's really hard to name a single favourite author but one I would definitely recomend is Ursula K. Leguin. If you like Fantasy her Earthsea series is great, but the book I would personally recomend is The Left Hand of Darkness

I love Frank Herbert. The Dune series is my favorite. There was just something about the way he wrote that I always found facinating. It was Sci-fi, but the characters were so believable and the situations so real. For me, he is a master storyteller.
