Permalink Reply by Ms.Tiptress on February 5, 2011 at 12:24pm I cant remember how many of you I am following but I know I have done a couple of you. I love reading new blogs and think it is a wonderful idea for people that ask others to post their blogs.
I get new ideas for books, some of them turn into friends, and others have great content..

Hello,
Following is an excellent way to network, those asset's alone are a gold mine. People who blog tend to do a lot of research, so that's really beneficial. It hones your skills and forces you to edit your work.
I'm new to blogging, and in a month, I have seen the benefits in my writing. I have acquired new ideas which is also very helpful. Things you may never have thought of as an approach to your writing surface. A different slant to the way you see a character can benefit an author who is struggling with a character's profile.
I recently received a comment about that very issue on my blog, www.smalltalkcards.wordpress.com. and it made me feel good and appreciated, helping another writer relieve a block, or struggle.
I also write and illustrate my children's books and will in the future blog or the different styles associated with child Lit. and adult fiction . www.writestuff-writenow.com .There is a wealth of information, following other writer's blogs, that can't be measured or counted. Writing is usually a solo profession, and it's nice to know that there's some like minded person out there, who writes and understands what your trying to do.
Here's to comrads in writing. and authorship
