My GFC is right underneath the heading Followers, above the networked blogs box.  I know it just says follow but underneath it says with google friend connect.  Hope that helps!

Got it. There must have been a problem the other day when I was checking out your site. Sometimes when viewing on my iPad it doesn't show up.
