Followers?

I am new to book blogging and am stuck on the number of followers I have. Could anyone give me any tips on how to increase the number of followers for my blog, book-nerdandcritic.blogspot.com?

I could really use the help!

Network, network, network. Post on here, make a page on Facebook, join book tours, groups on Facebook and everything else. It's a great way to meet authors as well who will be more than happy to provide you with interviews and guest posts as well as occasionally free copies of their books in exchange for a review. Contests don't hurt either.

 

But remember, followers aren't everything. I have almost 2000 views and I've been around for almost 3 months, but I only have 27 followers. People are looking, just not everyone knows what following is or how to do it or all that.
