I am trying to find readers for my ebook and blog which are in the humor genre, but struggle to find blogs and/or forums that specialize in humor for grown ups.

I'm not sure what you're asking ... but I looked at your happyclub site and thought the writing and humor was better than the graphics.  The pics (child level) didn't fit the ecoshit tone.  I'd suggest a more edgy graphic menu.
