I am writing on behalf of the Midnight Reader, a new small independent press devoted to publishing innovative and unusual books. We have decided to promote books via blogs and word of mouth because we believe in uniting the right authors with the right readers. We firmly believe that if a book is good people will want to read it.
I am writing to you because you are a group of bloggers who love the written word enough to devote time and energy to reading and reviewing, discussing and analyzing books. I have a book that the Midnight Reader would like to give to an audience of interested and objective readers for review. The review need not be promotional or positive; all we are looking for is real readers honestly responding to the books which the Midnight Reader has to offer.
The book presently up for review is Woman Into Wolf, a psychological thriller/murder mystery by Alysse Aallyn. Alysse Aallyn is the pseudonym of veteran author and poet Melissa Clark, whose last book, Find Courtney, garnered wide critical acclaim. If you would like any further information (a brief plot summary, the author's bio, publishing dates, &c.), are interested in receiving a review copy or have any question whatsoever, please contact me.
