FTC disclosure
I have seen on several of the blogs a very nice and contained FTC disclosure. It is well worded and set to a nice background that blends with the blog. Is this something that is available. Is there a place on the web to find this type of pre set up disclosure. What do most of the bloggers do to follow the letter of this disclosure. I am just interested in the different ways this is handled.

My basic FTC disclosure is:
Disclosure of Material Connection: I received this book free from Thomas Nelson Publishers as part of their BookSneeze.com book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255 : “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”
This the statement that is suggested by the BookSneeze bloggers program. I modify it slightly depending on who the book came from.

I do not waste my time putting a FTC disclosure with each review post. It's my blog I do what I want. So I have a disclaimer in my side bar that says this . . .DISCLAIMER
