Giveaways outside the US and Canada

Basically you need to go from book blog to book blog to find out if their giveaway is international. There are others out there. Note: any multiple giveaways of the same books that many blogs participate in are usually not international. It's the publisher's rule because they ship to the winners directly. ie Hachette Book giveaways are not international.
