I saw Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 in 3D at the Midnight showing. It was insane. There were people everywhere. The UltraScreen that I went to was sold out completely, and it was actually set up as reserved seating. Not even Lord of The Rings: Return of The King was this crazy!

The whole theater was packed with people in costumes, people who had wands, and all that jazz. And every time something amazing happened, they were cheering, laughing, hollaring, and clapping. It was like being at a live event. It was awesome!

I loved the last movie, I personally thought it was the best one of all 8 films. Seeing it in 3D, I was afraid it was going to be overdone, but the 3D aspect didn't distract from the overall movie, it was great, very well done.

I laughed, cheered, cried, and clapped with the rest of the crowd. It was very close to the book, about as close as a producer can get without changing too many things or removing too many important scenes. It was definitely the most accurate.

I have heard rumors that there is going to be another one, but I personally don't think that there will be. It was the last book that JK Rowling wrote, and I don't think she intends to let anyone extend the series. Just my opinion there, but it has been a very long and extremely productive series, and I think that they would be foolish to try and continue it.

Anyhow, I loved it. And it seemed to me like everyone else did too. My husband went with me, he is far from a Harry Potter fan, and even he thought that the movie was good.

I LOVED the movies, but I have to admit, I enjoyed the books better. I think there was far too much left out, but I understand they can't add everything. I didn't see the last one in 3D, just regular, but I'm going to go back and watch before it's out of theaters.

I saw the movie in 3D a couple of weeks ago with my cousin (it was the first ever movie I saw in 3D.) I thought it was a very good movie. The thing is, I read the Deathly Hallows about 4 years ago, when it was first released, so I don't remember much of the minor details from the book. I will say this though... I distinctly remember my favourite scene from the book, and I am pleased to inform you it WAS in the movie! (I don't want to tell you what scene it is, since it may be a movie spoiler.)

I went to the midnight premiere of the movie and it was insane. It was also one of the best (if the not, the best) movie watching experience I've ever had. Everyone was crying and cheering at all the right parts. It was so fun.

The book are usually always better than the movies. Harry Potter is no exception to that but I thought Deathly Hallows Pt. 2 was the best of all the Harry Potter films. They got nearly everything right and it was brilliant! Of course, I was a mess the second half of the film but I'm still dying to go and experience it all over again. I was rather impressed with the 3D this time around. They did a wonderful job with that too.

I left the cinema a little disappointed by I think I've probably felt that way after seeing every Harry Potter film! Straight after seeing the film (any of them!) I'm always comparing it to the book. What did it miss, what did it add, what did they seem to not understand? Because the books are so amazing the movies always pale in comparison. After a couple of weeks though I manage to see the films as something separate from the books and I usually end up enjoying them.

I was pretty mixed with this film. At time I felt they rushed and missed out things that would have made it much, much better but overall I think it was a pretty great film and definitely a great way to finish the series!

I finally went and saw it in Shengzhou (small city in Zhejiang China) and loved it. I felt really emotional after just because Its the end, its the end of Harry Potter! Ive spent 10 years watching these films and reading the books, so I was kind of depressed, felt like I just left a funeral. I actually cried (a little) when they were doing the flashbacks of when Snape saw Harrys mother dead and little baby Harry is there crying (great performance by little baby Harry by the way Oscar Nomination worthy!)

Thats the thing I love most about Harry Potter, the fact that his Parents were killed when he was so young and that important part has been tied up well in the end. I only have one question, and Im sure all those real Harry Potter fans will know the answer and call me a bandwagon Harry fan for asking, but, why does Voldermort want to kill Harry Potter and why did he kill his parents, they are just some normal wizard family and is the master of the dark arts, I missed the connection, Harry was destined to become a great wizard but what did his parents do?

thanks for all your comments!

Loved reading them

cheers
