Help with a blog Header

Hey guys! I just gave my blog a totally new look, but the header stayed the same. I've gotten tired of the header, because honestly, I just thought it was cute. I'm not into anime, and I don't have purple hair. The only thing that actually makes me think "me" on that header is the giant pile of books. So, of course, I need ya'll's help. I need help with my blog header graphic. I have absolutely no talent whatsoever with html, css, or photoshop. And I was hoping that one of ya'll might be willin' to help me.

I know kind of sorta what I want, but I can't seem to get it anywhere, and I'm betting that I probably won't here, but I hope I can.

It needs to cover the whole of my header space, say 'YA Reviews by The Book Babe' and "I Read, Therefore I am." (Crazy picky, I know.)

And, I was hoping that I could get like a girl pirate, or mermaid, or fairy, reading a book, with either a battle scene, or a whole bunch of mythical creatures.

Can any of you either create that, or help me learn to creat that?

That's not much to go on, but hopefully you can derive ideas from my blog itself?

Also, anyone who's design I decide to use (or who helped me make it) , get's recognition on my blog, (with a link on my contact page, under affiliates) and at the bottom of the page, with an awesome thank you post? Honestly, that's all that I can do. :(
