I have a blogging friend who is down in the dumps. She wants to read something that will make her giggle and laugh. What do you recommend?

Hey, I looked it up on Amazon and it's looks so good that I added it to my "wish list"...
THANKS. I don't know if it's something she would like, but I think it would be a good read for myself, at least.
Killer Cruise, a comedy mystery by Laura Levine.
I'll Never have Sex with you again by Larry Bleidner and Irene Zutell. Hilarious! You can get it on amazon for as low as 31 cents. http://www.amazon.com/Ill-Never-Have-Sex-Again/dp/0743214641/ref=sr...

1. Angus Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging (and the rest of the series) by Louise Rennison always make me laugh.
2. Father Malachy's Miracle by Bruce Marshall
3. Jesus Swept by James Protzman
4. Choosing to Be by Kat Tansey.
Louise Rennison is hillarious... Help, I'm in love with a Sex God was my favorite. But, they are geared toward a younger audience... I read them a few years ago in middle school :)

The list is growing and I like what I'm hearing from all of you! Thanks a million!
I love to read Garrison Keillor any of his Lake Wobegon Stories are so funny, I usually can't help but laugh outloud. Sure to cure the blues. I recommend "Leaving Home".
I recommend all the books about Gerald Durrell. Your friend will certainly laugh. She should start with My Family and Other Animals - it is hilarious.
