Hey everyone,
I added BlogWorld & New Media Expo as an event here, but I also want to write a more personal message inviting everyone to attend! My name is Allison and I'm the Community Outreach Coordinator for BlogWorld (as well as the features editor for their blog). Before I worked in this position, I attended my first BlogWorld and I can say without a doubt that this event changed my life! I know, it sounds drastic and I'm definitely biased, haha, but attended BlogWorld helped me learn how to actually make a living as a blogger, and the networking parties introduced me to life-long friends.
Session and panel topics include making better videos, using Pinterest, self-publishing versus traditional publishing, editing, using your blog to change the work, podcasting, working with sponsors, and more! The blogger/podcaster/web TV ticket includes tons of sessions, and the Social Media Business Summit is great for anyone out there who works in a social media job for a business. We also have several keynoters this year including Chris Brogan, Jenny "The Bloggess" Lawson, the Chad Vader guys, Mark Malkoff, and David Thorne.

I know a couple of author and a few celeb with be there and I wish I could be there as well. A fellow Best selling author invited me to this wonderful event at the last minute. This is a big event, is this something that is done once a year? I willl be ready next year.

BlogWorld is actually twice a year - once on the east coast in May/June and once on the west coast in January. Our next event is in Jan 2013 in Las Vegas! :)

Hi. Is this beneficial to someone who only sells books in e-format, since no free books can be given away or displayed? I currently have five titles available for sale at Amazon.com, but none of them are actually in print.
