Hi Vanessa, could l ask a tiny thing from you? Could you tell me basically, how does a blog tour work? l haven't been able to find an answer anywhere.

I'll tell you, Ella. :)

A blog tour is when an author "tours" various blogs. This one that Hachette has organized is a little different because the author's not having any interaction with the bloggers, but normally the author is accessible to do guest posts and/or interviews.

Generally on a blog tour, the person organizing the tour will find a mutually agreeable date for the blogger to post their review of the book, thus the author has a schedule of sorts.

A blog tour is generally anywhere from 10 to 15 to 20 or more "stops", and while not all of those stops have to be reviews, it's best when a good portion of the stops are the blogger reviewing the book (though that's my opinion).
