How Do You Follow Someone's Blog/Someone Follow Your Blog?

I had several emails over the last day or so from individuals asking me how they could follow my blog.  Until pretty recently, I've pretty much been out of the loop where social media is concerned and now I'm playing catch up as quickly as I can.  Can someone please tell me how to follow someone's blog?  Aside from actually going onto someone's blog, is there a link or something you hit in order to automatically get updates from someone's blog every time they post a new one?

There should be a gadget you can add to your sidebar. Look on your layout page. There are several you could use: "follow by email", "followers", or "feed". If I were you, I'd consider adding them all that way people can follow you the way that he/she wants to.

As for you following other people, I'd suggest you look into getting a feedreader. Since you already have a Google account, I'd suggest you use Google's reader. Here's my tutorial for what it is and how to use it.
