Hey guys, just curious on how people get their word out about giveaways? The usual tweeting about it usually doesn't get much word out for me. I also added my giveaway on the meme hosted by Lori from Pure Imagination and Candace's Book Blog, Saturday Situation, but it hasn't been getting any attention. Is there a better way to get the word out?
My current giveaway is an e-book of Bloodlines by Lindsay Anne Kendal if anyone is interested, please go to this link: Livin' Life Through Books.
Thanks!

Permalink Reply by Julia Hughes on October 28, 2011 at 3:12am hi Felicia, great advice here, hope you're seeing an improved response! I found Goodreads attracted the most attention, but also you might want to think about setting a dead line so people get in quick - you can also tweet about this, creating a sense of urgency. For example, HeyTara is giving away two free copies of my Ripple in Time at the end of this month, & I've been tweeting reminding people they've only a few days left for a chance to be entered into a free draw.
Make it clear this is a special offer, and they'd better be quick to be one of the chosen ones:)
