How to do a blog button?

So I already have a picture and everything but what do I do now? How do I make sure that if it's clicked then it comes back to my blog? 

Sorry if it's a stupid question but noone wants to tell me

I personally make blog buttons, sometime I decide to animate mine, if you can give me the link to the picture, and your blog adress I  can easily fit the info into code. Then I'll post the code on this thread for you to copy and paste on your blog!
