Houston, TX, October 15, 2011 -- Isiah is set to release a kindle version of his book
Isiah Classic Food.
For Isiah, cooking is about love. Taught by the great
Southern cooks in his family, Isiah Hurts has kept these family heirlooms close
to his heart. But now, he invites you into his kitchen and serves up more than
50 of his favorite recipes, from treasured down-home favorites - Isiah Say My
Name Creole Jambalaya, to Love Christmas Sticky Buns.
Isiah Classic Food
has the recipes you'll want to cook, eat, and share with friends. Filled with
the legendary Isiah's favorite dishes and step-by-step instructions on how to
prepare them, Isiah makes you feel like Isiah's in the kitchen with you,
demonstrating the recipes and techniques that can turn anybody into a fabulous
cook.
Author, poet Isiah is a native of Texas. He burst onto the scene in
2005 when his poem Life was featured in the book, Fresh Cutting. Life was also
featured in Immortal Verses in 2007. In October 2007 Isiah won an Editor's
Choice Award For Outstanding Achievement In Poetry for his poem, Life. He
released his first cookbook, Isiah Classic Food, on March1, 2010. Isiah is also
an entrepreneur with products under development under his company Hurts
Publishing, as well as producing a merchandising line.
