I've had my blog for about a year now, and there are times where I get really frustrated with it because I wonder : Is anybody out there? Is anybody reading what I'm writing?!

One of the comments I have is your URL.  The fact you have the 0 as the "o" in void can make it hard to remember your URL and plus it sends a pretty

This is a personal blog/book blog hybrid. I'm blogging as a form of self-expression and for fun. But isn't that why we all do?

Ah, see, that's one of the questions I had for you because I didn't know who you were when I went to your blog.

 

One thing that might help is if you do a little "about me" the side.  You can say what you write about it, etc.  It would also help maybe if you had a menu with things like About Me (or whatever you'd like to call) it, then a link for book reviews, poetry, etc and whatever else you have on your blog.

I've been blogging about a year myself.  I'm a loyal follower in that when I update my blog (Monday's usually) I go through my list of blogs that I follow and read them all and comment on a lot.  I have a few loyal followers myself, but not as many as I would like so I understand your frustrations.  Here's my link if you would like to check it out. Thank you for your comment, you have really opened my eyes to some gaping holes in my blog. I will try and put more of myself into it, but I enjoy the versatility of my blog and like to try something new every time.

I feel I blog for myself most of the time, I have two blogs and one is for family things and for awhile it had more followers that I didn't personally know then my book review blog.  Hang in there and enjoy the reading and the other things you write about.  Its great to look back and see all the things you have read or done.  Life is short, its a great place to put down the little things and the big things that make it worth living.  Thanks Lisa  http://bookhimdanno.blogspot.com/

Your blog content appears eclectic which is the sort of blog I find appealing but the font is very difficult to read. No matter how interesting a blog is, no one wants a headache. Making it easier on the eyes might help attract and keep readers.
