Okay, I've got a bit of a silly question. '

I, like so many others, use labels on my blog to make specific things, genres, etc more searchable. However, for the first time ever in my book reviewing career  I just read a book that includes a gay character in the one of the lead roles and the book is very much about his sexuality. Obviously I'd like to label the post as such, but am stumped at what exactly to call such a label. The last thing I want to do is offend somebody by calling it something wrong.

I know the obvious is just straight out "gay literature" but for some reason that just doesn't seem to be the phrase I'm looking for. Any suggestions of alternatives?

What about just 'sexuality'?
LGBT or homosexuality?
I'd probably use "LGBT"
I use two labels to indicate books with GLBTQ content - "GLBTQ content" and "GLBTQ focus" - I'd use the second for when the book deals with actual issues of sexuality, or a same sex romance, but the first just to indicate there are queer characters so that people looking for GLBTQ fiction can go straight to those books :)
