With book lovers I would hope that caption would catch your attention! I'm a middle school librarian who has been writing reviews for about 3 years. I've always done them on paper for other librarians in our county (both public and school) but I have recently started a blog. Of course reviews are part of my life as a librarian but I now know they can also help me get books for my library!
My budget for the library is only about 25% of what it normally is to buy books. I know, it's horrible! I'm going to do some fundraisers and have a few scholastic book fairs but I'm also trying to think outside the box.
The one thing I know is that publishers look at how many followers you have before they will send review books so I'm hoping all of you will help me out by joining my blog. Review books equal free books for library plus let kids and other librarians know more about the great books out there!

Hi Darcy! Of course I'm already a follower, but wanted to give a little a praise to your beautiful blog! I just love it! And I especially love the look! Now about that library budget- how awful! I know our local library is cutting back on hours and I'm sure that the budget is also suffering.
