Looking for Blogging Partner

Does anyone know someone who would like to participate in helping a blog? I run a blog at http://readingpassion03.blogspot.com/, it is growing more and more everyday. The problem is in my next school semester I have a full class load, an internship, and work. My plate will be loaded. I want my blog to continue growing. The best way I think that would be possible is if I took on a blogging partner. I need someone who is responsible and will give honest and fair reviews. As well as someone who will help promote and spread the blog. You will have the same amount as access as me. I have a plan to make a partnership work.
