Looking to get more hits for my book blog!

Hi all, i have been blogging about books/reading for a little over a year. I'm looking to kick it up a notch and get more hits on my blog. Any helpful suggestions out there?  right now I am mainly putting book reviews on it, new releases, etc?

I just started following you!  I think it looks pretty good so far, but one thing I'd consider doing is linking to your reviews on your "Books Read" and "Challenges" pages.  It'll make it easier for your readers to navigate your blog.  Wordpress glitches for me so that I can't change the text of a link, so I just keep a draft e-mail on Gmail that I use to change the text on links before I add them to my blog.

One of the biggest ways to get views is to read/comment on other people's blogs.  Generally people tend to return the favor and visit yours.  You might also want to consider joining a challenge, readalong, or meme that involves reading other people's blogs and having other people read your own.  Careful not to get too caught up in them, but the occasional one can be a nice way of connecting with other bloggers.
