Marketing on Pinterest

Has anyone tried this new social networking to market? It is very addictive and the right place to share your books etc. I just joined and am more active than FB and Twitter. I am members of all these networking places. Here're the links.

I got on Pinterest as well after my wife told me how much she likes it. I don't know if it drives traffic to my blog yet. I do know however that they strip the affiliate marketing links.
