Need your HELP!

Hi everyone! I'm Sharmaine a book blogger. Ok, so I just wanted to ask some tips in blogging and making book reviews because I'm a new book blogger. Yeah, just like I thought.. I should chance my blog design.Right now I'm working on new background and header.. actually I'm having a hard time editing in photoshop(still a beginner,hehe) so I guess it would take me awhile to renew my blog :3

Hello!  I checked out your site.  Here are my ideas, take them or leave them as you will.  :)  

First, I would create a little more uniformity in your review posts.  I checked out the two on the front page and they both looked very differently.  Come up with a format you like that includes basic book info, summary, review and perhaps a few other things.  Make sure your readers get a consistent post when they look at the books.  

Second, there was a lot of white space in the posts - a lot of space between paragraphs, images, etc.  Try to tighten it up a little to make the posts flow better.

Third, I'd fill in your "About" page.  People often like to know a little bit about the person who is reviewing.  It doesn't have to be specific or overly detailed, just a few quick sentences about you and why you read/review. 

Fourth, I would make some kind of labeling system so that readers can browse and search through your older posts.  It may not seem important now, but once you've done 50, 75, 100 reviews, you'll want to have a system in place.  Organize by genre, author, age-group, etc.  

Okay, those are my ideas.  I'm a new follower!  Good luck and welcome to the world of book blogging!

I agree that there needs to be more information under the About Me. You might think about adding an email address in case authors want to contact you for reviews. Also the Goodreads tab takes you to your Goodreads page but its set to private so it really serves no purpose unless they are on your friends list.

Something else that might be helpful is some clarification on how you score the books that you review and your genre preferences.
