New Ink: Wouldbn't this be neat?

Image a youtube style platform (web 2.0 site) where people could sigh up for free to upload works of fiction and share updates on Facebook? Well that is kinda I am working on, but it takes some money, unfortunately I know. With 15,000 I am going to build a really nice site, not forum style, but a easy searchable site of YA fiction.
