Seriously, I've kept the focus of Read Street on other topics, such as the "social-ness" of reading. Sample posts: "Are you a monogamous reader?", "10 reasons to hate the Kindle," the Stephen King/Stephenie Meyer controversy, and what's happening in Baltimore's literary scene. I do get some reviews in, but they're not nearly as comprehensive as the ones most bloggers write. I truly envy bloggers who are so prolific in their reading and reviewing.
In general I read one book a week and try to get a review up every other week. I do sometimes go through a big burst of reading and then take my time with the reviews so I can post them later. Like right now I'm reading a bunch of Corgi related books but won't have the reviews posted until June for an event. :)
I try to get a writing oriented post up once a week too.
Right now I'm lucky if I get a book a week done. I've stopped accepting ARCs and galleys except for special cases, which has made it easier because I can just use the books I'm reading as research for my writing (of course, that may not interest as many readers as the newer books).
It really just depends on the week. What I have going on in my life. I recently moved, so I have been limping along with one book a week for the last few weeks. Some weeks I read 2-4. And on vacation weeks it is 7-10.
