Please help me with some feedback on my novel

I completed my YA novel, and I'm seeking an agent. I have a page dedicated to the book on my blog. I posted the opening scene, my blurb, and book details. 

I'm looking for feedback on my presentation. This is similar to what's included in my query letters (although I just rearranged chapter one--you are reading the latest version).
