Reader Support on Twitter?

So I absolutely love the Bookbloggerchat twitter chat on Sunday. But it made me think, would anyone be interested in doing a "reader's support group" on Twitter? 

The idea would be that we could all use the #readersupport tag to find one another, and when you get stuck on a book, or just need to keep to a deadline, you can check in and tell us your goal/where you are and we can all encourage each other. This can be done at anytime of the day. However, is pointless if I'm the only one doing it. Would anyone else be interested?
