Reliable Book Bloggers/Reviewers Needed to Host Virtual eBook Tours

I'm not sure if I've already started a discussion for this here in the main discussion area or not, I can't find one, but if I did, I apologize for the duplicate.

At any rate, I am in need of RELIABLE book bloggers who enjoy reading and reviewing a variety of fiction genres (i.e., romance, mystery/thriller, horror, paranormal/fantasy, women’s fiction, etc.) and showcasing the authors who write it on their blogs for my hosting team. This is an excellent opportunity to find not only new authors but new readers, as well. Additionally, I am working on implementing a monthly hosting team member rewards program (most likely the prize will be an Amazon gift card) in the very near future.
