Sense of an Ending by Barnes/ Booker Prize Worthy?

 

 Has anyone read Sense of an Ending by Julian Barnes? It was the 2011 Booker Prize winner and quite an unusual book. Under 200 pages and dense with philosophical ideas, it creates a sort of suspense story. I found it ominous and disturbing but feel the need to read it again. I have mentioned it on my blog but so far no reactions. Anyone else have any comments about this book?
